Most frequent questions and answers

Definitely! Experienced or not, the best way to show up for a session is with a beginners mind. It has nothing to do with experience, because it’s a transmission process, not a practice. All that’s asked during a session is to surrender into relaxation with an open mind.

Every session will be different and will bring about exactly what is needed to be experienced for you in that particular moment. This can be:

Energetic: laying still but feeling energy running through your body

Visual: seeing lights, colors or images, astral journeys, sacred geometry, visions

Emotional: anger, sadness, joy, fear, laughter… feel through the emotions without suppressing them so they can be released. You might want to scream, laugh or cry, and all of that is welcome.

Kinesthetic: body movements, stretches, yoga poses, shaking, mudras. Let your body move on its own without letting the mind interfere. All movements are welcome.

Bliss, unity, connection to source, the divine

It is possible that for the first few sessions you don’t feel much at all during the session. For those, they still report noticing changes in their inner state in between the sessions. Everyone is more or less sensitive to the energy. It is just a matter of time, but there is always something happening. The more you connect with this energy within, the deeper it goes. Each session is different.

There is a whole range of things that may happen after a LEAP session, including the early signs to the later end manifestations of the so called kundalini awakening.

Most people notice a sense of peace, freedom, joy and more clarity.

A change in their habits, lifestyle, eating patterns, and sleeping patterns.

Healing on many levels may occur – physical, emotional, cognitive, psychological, sexual, spiritual.

A deeper connection to and awareness of all living things, including yourself. Feeling closer to your truth, wisdom and innate creativity and capacities.

Living in the present moment, in flow.

The non-dual state, and so much more.

Yes, unlike most kundalini practices, LEAP is not a self-willed or self-generating process. It is the path of surrender, a natural and intuitive energetic process that won’t shock your system in any way. The intelligent energy will do exactly what your system needs in that moment.

LEAP is not facilitated with the intention to heal the body. However, many participants do report physical healings early on. But this is not guaranteed, nor is it the primary purpose of the process.

Everyone is welcome.

Because the process can expand your capacity to feel you will have to be able to hold space for your emotional process in between the sessions. Know that I am here for you wherever I can if you feel extra support is needed.

Yes. It is the participants responsibility to know their individual limitations.

Always let me know if you are pregnant before the session starts. If you’re in your 3th trimester of pregnancy it’s recommended to go for a private session first.  

Yes. Many participants report that LEAP helped them with their anxiety/depression. Just be aware of that if you’re on antidepressant medication there’s a possibility you’ll be less sensitive to the energy.

The online sessions are not so different to the ones that are in person. Some people are more comfortable to relax in a physical group setting while others are more comfortable in their homes. This can affect the intensity one feels in a session. Some people find the energy to be slightly milder online while others feel like it’s equally powerful. Beginners might need one or a few more sessions to truly surrender than they would have in person. The transmission is still powerful online, just not always to the degree of an in-person session.
