Robin will be holding a safe space in a wave of deep trust and surrender, to your own process of growth and healing. Surrendering, trusting and deeply connecting within the infinite possibilities of your kundalini/life force energy. Guiding you to stand in your truth, power and Heart.

Meeting new friends in open, honest settings like this is always a wonderful experience. That’s why this LEAP session will include an optional, free extra hour after the main session for those who want to connect with fellow participants. If you need to head home right after, you’re absolutely welcome to do so. But if you’d like to linger a little longer, enjoy another cup of tea, and engage in meaningful conversations with like-hearted people, this extra time is for you. After all, beautiful connections begin with a simple, shared moment.
Bring with you:
You can bring a bottle of water and wear loose and comfortable clothing. Please bring your yoga mat and a small blanket if you’d like (if you don’t have one, please let Robin know in advance). Ideally arrive with an empty stomach (not eating a big meal at least 1,5 hour before the session starts).
