We will be holding a safe space together in a wave of deep trust and surrender, to your process of growth and healing. Surrendering, trusting and deeply connecting within the infinite possibilities of your life force energy. Creating space for the freedom of Being and Joy of being Alive.

Bring with you:
Bring a bottle of water and wear loose and comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat and a small blanket if you like. Ideally arrive with an empty stomach (preferably fast for about 2 hours before the session starts).
