PORTAL DAY & COMMUNITY SPECIAL
The 6/6 portal day is a day of heightened energy, transformation, and manifestation. In numerology the number 6 represents harmony, balance, love, family, and self-care. On this energetic portal day, cosmic energies align in a way that makes it easier to set intentions, release old wounds, and attract abundance. It’s a great day for LEAP, manifestation, meditation, and connecting with higher guidance.
Meeting new friends in open, honest settings like this is always a wonderful experience. That’s why this LEAP session will include an optional, free extra hour after the main session for those who want to connect with fellow participants. If you need to head home right after, you’re absolutely welcome to do so. But if you’d like to linger a little longer, enjoy another cup of tea, and engage in meaningful conversations with like-hearted people, this extra time is for you. After all, some of the best friendships begin with a simple, shared moment.
Bring with you:
You can bring a bottle of water and wear loose and comfortable clothing. There are yoga mats in the studio. Ideally arrive with an empty stomach (not eating a big meal at least 1,5 hour before the session starts).
