Robin will be holding a safe space in a wave of deep trust and surrender, to your own process of growth and healing. Surrendering, trusting and deeply connecting within the infinite possibilities of your kundalini/life force energy. Guiding you to stand in your truth, power and Heart.
This will be the last LEAP open class of 2022 ~ a profound opportunity to let go of all that’s to be let go off for this year to end in peace, so that new space will be created for the fresh new and joyful year to come!

Bring with you:
Bring a bottle of water and wear loose and comfortable clothing. There are yoga mats in the studio, but feel free to bring your own and maybe a small blanket if you like. Ideally arrive with an empty stomach.
