Robin will be holding a safe space in a wave of deep trust and surrender, to your own process of growth and healing. Surrendering, trusting and deeply connecting within the infinite possibilities of your kundalini/life force energy. Guiding you to stand in your truth, power and Heart.

COMMUNITY SPECIAL
It is often seen how wonderful it is to meet new friends in open and honest settings like this. Therefore, this LEAP session will include an extra hour after the LEAP session for connecting with other participants. This extra hour is optional and free, so if you wish to go home right after the session you of course are free to do so. However, for those who feel like connecting with like-hearted humans, there will be extra space to connect, sip some more tea, and enjoy connecting with friends you have not met yet.
Bring with you:
You can bring a bottle of water and wear loose and comfortable clothing. There are yoga mats in the studio. Ideally arrive with an empty stomach (not eating a big meal at least 1,5 hour before the session starts).
