This session is held on a special day on 12/12 where as a collective we are more open to awaken this divine transformative energetic life force we all carry within us. Guiding you to stand in your truth, power and Heart.
Robin will be holding a safe space in a wave of deep trust and surrender, to your own process of growth and healing. Surrendering, trusting and deeply connecting within the infinite possibilities of your life force energy.

Bring with you:
Bring a bottle of water and wear loose and comfortable clothing. There are yoga mats in the studio, but feel free to bring your own and maybe a small blanket if you like. Ideally arrive with an empty stomach.
