This session is held in the studio of Yes! Wellness in Rotterdam, that is reachable with public transport and there is free parking if you come by car.
Experiencing these sessions in a group setting is a wonderful way to connect not only with your own source, but also with our collective experience. Reinforcing each other, creating deep connection and recognition of universal themes that can come up during the process.
Everyone is welcome. You don’t need to have any previous experience with energy work. Come as you are ♥
Bring with you:
Bring a bottle of water and wear loose and comfortable clothing. There are yoga mats in the studio, but feel free to bring your own and maybe a small blanket if you like.
