Experiencing these sessions in a group setting is a wonderful way to connect not only with your own source, but also with our collective experience. Reinforcing each other, creating deep connection and recognition of universal themes that can come up during the process.

Bring with you:
Bring a bottle of water and wear loose and comfortable clothing. There are yoga mats in the studio, but feel free to bring your own and maybe a small blanket if you like.
Ideally arrive with an empty stomach. Happy to see you soon!

P.S. If you come by car, there is free parking on Sundays. Make sure to be a bit earlier than usual, because finding a parking space can be a hassle.
