This LEAP session will be followed with an optional potluck dinner whereafter you can stay for more celebration and sharing of joy with music and like minded souls.

How to prepare: bring a yoga mat, wear loose and comfortable clothing, arrive with an empty stomach (don’t eat for about 2 hours before the session starts), please be on time and if you feel like joining the potluck dinner, please bring some food to share 🙂
